Brain tumor?

Hello I am a 32 year old male who suffers from anxiety and panic 13 years now was on paxil for 12 years and suffered all the side effects anyhow for the last year or 2 I have been experiencing flashing light dots in corners of vision Not floaters but little floating pin dots of light that kinda move like snow fall maybe? sometimes it happens after a heavy cough or sometimes just happens I have had dizziness for thirteen years from the anxiety so yes i have that too also am fatigued easy and early in the day like i just feel tired even after good sleep I have had 4 MRI's on my head in the last 11 years and also 3 cat scans and even an x ray last cat scan was 3 months ago I would freak out so bad with panic and anxiety I would pretty much make the docs give em too me ....never seen anything bad  but now with these lights I am worried again what do you think?
