Brain zaps

I have these brain zaps in my head for the past week - only lasting a couple of seconds. But freaking me out. I am not nor have I ever been on meds - I see that is mainly who gets them. I do suffer from anxiety though. Can that cause them. Now I am freaking out that I have a brain tumor or maybe epilepsy. (I know sounds crazy) Please help me I have not one other symptom
Thanks
Becky

I don't want to freak you out, but my best friend was having those same symptoms (that's how she described what she had been feeling at the time) and she did just find out that she has Epilepsy.  My best advice is to go to a Neurologist and have an EEG done.  Best of luck to you
