Bran MRI and Foci SCARED

Hi all.  I was wondering, I had a MRI last week and it said"prominent perivascular spaces.
11mm perivascular sapce in the right basal ganglia.This follow flair imagina and actually contain a small vessel with n it.  There are two small foci on increased T2 weighte signal with the right anterior centrun semiovale.  No extral mass of fulid collectin is seen.  HELLO what in the world does this all mean?  I am Scared.  Can not see a Neurologist until Ferbruay late February.  I had a head injury in 91' no MRI then.  Could this be from the wreck or is this possibly new and what could cause this.  ALL suggestion appreciated.
