In the picture the red is where I almost always feel the almost pulsating numbnessNumbness and tingling, like it's been shot with novacaine. The blue area is where I feel it sometimes but not as commonCommon cold. It's very isolatedIsolated sleep paralysis, the numbness. I thought, maybe because I was gesturing/expressing with my eyebrows so often my muscles were tired? I make a lot of faces hehe. This is very annoying though, and day to day it gets me very frustrated when it creeps up.
I also hurt the back of my neck about 7 months ago. Had a cervical spine MRI which was unremarkable except possibly very mild swelling of a few ligaments. My neck hurts to this day. Because of the traction of the facial to neck and back muscles, could they be related?
