Bulbar ALS

Bulbar ALS

I have previously posted here but didn't quite get my answer.
I am a 29 year old Male with fascillations for over 3 months now although they have gone noe to very rarely.
I thought I seemed to be getting better and that the symtoms (symptoms) of what I hoped wasn't ALS were going but now I find it hard to say some words unless I concentrate although this is very sparratic. I have this problem with saliva in my mouth as sometimes there is just too much and I have to swallow it. Doctors here do the wait and see approach and I would find it hard to visit one at the moment. It is the saliva that bothers me most. I am eating sweets now all the time as it makes me forget about the saliva. How quickly would the build up happen cos I swallow then like 5 seconds later I feel I need to again?? I am worried about Bulbar onset ALS.
Thx for all the advice and help.

Also I forgot to add I am getting muscle pain in loads of muscles over my body in my stomach area and backs of legs (calves) and arms. Not a lot and I am not sure if they are related I do play a lot of sport which use those muscles.
