Hey. My Neuro discovered that I have a bulging disc in my lower back. One thing: Why does it all of a sudden hurt so much more? It is becoming progressively disturbing since it's discovery... Weird. Also, after receiving muscle relaxers, you would think it would be less noticeable. Why is this?
More importantly though, my legs are giving me problems... Sometimes it's just being off balance. Other times I feel like my legs are atrophying ( wasting ). I don't really have leg "pain," but there is definite and noticeable weakness.
So, will stretching and exercising help? Can anyone relate?
