Bulging Disc,Stenosis of Cervicle spine

I have been in a couple of accidents, the latest Dec.2012. Prior one was summer 2008.I had neck spasms but went away.Later returned and continued.I was rear-ended in both accidents. With some bulging disks between c4 and c7.
Neurologist says I need surgery...remove discs, bone plugs and fusion.I had alot of muscle spasms in neck.Went to physical therapy with improved range of motion. Then I'd gotten numbness, tingling in arm/hands for months.I have urgency to pass urine and have been constipated for a month.(which I have read may be related to moderate stenosis.)I also noticed my hearing and vision seemed to worsen, with some ear pain for about 2 mos.And do not know if its related to all this or not.I'm afraid to have surgery now and the Neurologist said I could wait but to look out for any sudden weakness in arms.I had consulted a special chiropractic on the internet also. The Neuro. didnt recommend that the Chiro should assist with my neck said they are quacks. The Chiro.sounded very informed.I dont know which route to take or what other professionals to seek out to avod surgery if possible w/o any progressive damage while trying to figure it out.Any advice/suggestions/options that someone can advise me on? It would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems due to bulging discs. Usually, this respond to treatments like hot and cold compress, stretching exercises, back low impact exercises, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, specially designed corsets, spinal manipulation and traction and epidural injections. You can try chiropractors too. However, one treatment option may not help. You may need two or more alternative therapies mentioned above along with pain killers. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

I also, have been dizzy for about two months and it began being noticeable when I would lie down/rise up.I also get dizzy when I look up too high or lean down to pick something up.I had an increase in Mobic from 7.5 to 15 mg. a day at about that time.I wasn't dizzy before that...
