In addition to the questions submitted earlier, what options do i have?  and what do you recommend? Do i see another doctor such as a neurosurgeon?  My neurologist told me that no neurosurgeon would even consider cutting on me being that i dont have that much pain and my neurological exam was 100% normal.  I fit the optimal bill of health. I am thin, excellent shape, a runner and dont smoke.  thanks for your time

Surgery may be considered for "pinched nerve" or compressed cord situations when motor weakness is present and continues to get worse with time. Other people have surgery when conservative treatment of pain has failed, but this is usually less successful.
The goal of surgery is to arrest progression of damage to the nervous system, and no surgeon can promise actual improvement (sometimes it happens, but it's not in our control).
The trick is to balance the risks of surgery with the benefits. Given what you describe, I would imagine most surgeons would be hesitant to operate because that match isn't favorable.
I can't recommend options for you, because on this forum it is not appropriate to give medical advice. I hope this information provides you the basis to ask questions and understand the answers given to you by your doctor. CCF MD mdf.
