My son is five months old. After going to the doctor with a high

Scarlet fever and a bulging fontanel he was in the hospital for five days and was diagnosed with Strep pnemococcol blood infection. He received Rocephyn through IV and was discharged from the hospital and just fine.
Even after we got home from the hospital his fontanel would still be full...we went back to the doctor and they ordered a CT scan, everything came out

I do not know if this would be related but he has always been a very
restlessRestless leg syndrome sleeper and he is very squirmy....always very busy and active....but VERY happy and smiley!
My doctor says that it is rare but this can be a normal thing for some infants. Is this true? Should I get a second opinion? Am I missing something?
I am scared, has anyone heard of this before?
