Bullet lodged in brain suffering with dizziness & headaches.

I have a bullet lodged in my brain for many years and suffer from daily dizziness, light headed problems and massive headaches. I guess I'm lucky to be alive.
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas that could help me out?
I can not afford to see a neurologist so I figured I would try here.
I also have a silver dollar size hole in the front of my skull with metal fragments in this area.
I've attached a picture of an x-ray in my same post on the regular Neurology forum as I do not see that option here.
Thanks.

Thanks for using the forum. I am happy to address your questions, and my answer will be based on the information you provided here. Please make sure you recognize that this forum is for educational purposes only, and it does not substitute for a formal office visit with your doctor.

it's very difficult from a plain X-ray to determine which structures are affected or impacted by the bullet fragments, a more thorough imaging study like a head CT scan might be useful (ofcourse MRI scanning is out of the picture since presence of objects like bullet fragments is a contraindication for magnetic scanning). your current symptoms are likely a result of the traumatic head injury caused by the gun shot. I suggest seeing a specialist or at least a primary physician who can help investigate this and treat your symptoms.

Thanks for using the forum and good luck

Below is the URL of a coupe of pictures showing my xrays.
Someone said it looks like the bullet is sitting on my optic nerve and it's a wonder I can even see.
Please let me know your opinions?

Cleveland Clinic, MD, Thank you so much for the reply.

By looking at those 2 x-rays does that bullet look like it's sitting on my optic nerve?

I also have bloodshot red eyes all the time and don't drink, smoke or do any drugs.
