Burning/ Tingling Sensation in Head

for the past few months i have been getting a burning/ tingling sensation in my head. before it always usto happen on the right /top side of my head and it was happening almost every day. not it feels like it's moving around.. sometimes it will happen in the back of my head. now as im typing this it's happening on my left/top side of my head. i was recently diagnosed w/ anxiety/panic attacks late feb.  i don't know that has todo with it. i also was experiencing A LOT of muscle spasms around my legs...sometimes my arms and even my hand well more my left thumb. i dont know what todo  i am a bit scared. is this normal? or should i try to do something about it?
