Burning Pain in Lower Back, Between Shoulder Blades, etc.

Please advise as to what to ask drs so I can get an answer soon to this searing pain. I've been to 2 different drs total of 4 visits in 3 wks, still no answers. Latest visit yesterday dr. is suspecting polymyalgia rheumatica, took blood to check "Sed Rate", will have to wait til next week for lab results. When I looked it up, it fits most of my pain problems - pain in lower back & hips that radiates down my legs, sharp searing pain between shoulder blades that radiates up to shoulders, neck, & down arms; also burning & tightness in jaws. The only things that DON'T fit: My pain begins moderate in a.m. & worsens as day goes on. What I read says that polymyalgia rheu. starts worse in a.m. Also, vast majority occur in people over 60, but I'm 47.
I also have had chronic migraines for about 20 years & take neurontin daily to help prevent. I've also dealt with depression & anxiety for about 5 years & take lexapro.
Last October I had shingles on my face, very bad experience. Wondering if this could somehow be related?
One last thing... my bc pills don't have estrogen, as that sometimes triggers migraines. Could pain be due to lack of estrogen or excess progesterin?
I have a plethera of theories but need answers, or at least goo questions to ask to get drs on right track.
