Are there any NEUROLOGICAL disorder or illnesssess or diseases that causes ORAL MANIFESTATION??? Could you name 2 or 3 illnessess for me please...
On my part (22 age, male, thin)... 3 days after having sex... I'm experiencing 10 (TEN) DAYS SUPER burning sensation (like a sunburn) on my upper back... the hotness goes up to my neck.. on my ears.. to my chest and down to my appendix area.. due to the hotness... my ear could hear ringing sounds.
during the 6th day in that 10 days period.. I developed white coating on my toungue... followed (1 week after) with white nerve-like in (both) my cheeks (this white nerves in my cheeks produces white sticky paste on its own)... mild shrinking of my gums... and mild redness on the corner of my mouth.
After experiencing that burning sensation... I had experiencing chronic stiffness on my middle to upper back until now.
It sounds like HIV, but I tested hiv screening. & it was however "non-reactive" 1, 3 6 months after possible exposure.
Hope for your kind hypothesis (any answers (right, wrong, or a guess) shall be highly appreciated) and for your early reply. Thank you. John.
Your symptoms are more concerning for an infection rather than a neurological illness. The white coating in your mouth could be thrush, a yeast infection called Candida, which doesn't automatically mean you have HIV. However, candida is well known to be an AIDS related or immunocompromised infection. Oral intercourse can also cause primary infections in the mouth. If you have headache and neck pain associated with the chronic back stiffness, I would also be concerned about meningitis. You need to see a physician on an urgent basis, specifically an internist who can examine you properly and order routine lab work (not just HIV) including a complete blood count and a CD4 count. You should abstain from sexual contact at this time and have your partner checked. Good luck.

You may want to check with a Rheumatologist to get an HLA-B27 antigen blood test.
These are some of the same symptoms I had about 1-year before my diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Other diseases that can cause symptoms like this are Reiters Syndrome and other Spondylarthropies that are sometimes obtained by sexual contact.
Spondylitis does not show up on x-ray film until the disease has progressed (which can be up to 10-years), but the HLA test will determine whether or not you may have one of the above mentioned auto-immune disorders.
