Burning Sensations

I was diagnosed with Lupus a few months ago. I've been having these really bad spinal pains to where sometimes my spine feels stiff. My neck get really still to where as though its limited on how much I can turn my neck. I get pressure headaches and I feel confused sometimes. Last bit not least, I have this burning sensation all through my body in different parts but mainly in my back and arms. Can someone help me or give me advice on what to tell my doctor? I told my Rheumy and he told me its all inflamation (inflammation) but I think it goes beyond that. Currently I am taking Plaqenil 200mg twice a day and have only been on the drug for 2 weeks. I don't know what type of relief to look for while taking this medicine. I know something isn't right and it feels like I'm deteriorating.
