Burning down back of leg

by MilanMiller, Sep 29, 2008 11:40AM
Hi.  I have scoliosis.  42 Thorasic Curve, 35 Lumbar curve.  Two days ago the back of my right leg started feeling "wierd".  Now it feels like it's burning.  It doens't "hurt" but it doesn't feel good either.  What could this be?  When I looked up "burning sensation down back of leg" on the internet, it pointed to a possible nerve problem.  I'm wondering if I should see a doctor, and if so - what kind - a neurologist - my scoliosis doctor -....  Do nerve problems cause burning sensations and if so, what kind of problems could this be?

Thanks for the help.
