Burning sensation, twinging and pain

I was suffering from severe pain in neck and shoulder muscle, it was so much that I won't able to lift my neck up even a little when lying in supine posture. I had nervmax tablet for two days once at night. I got relief from severe pain in my neck muscles. But still have burning sensation in my temporal region ,at the back of my head, numbness and burning sensation in my hand from wrist to shoulder specifically in my shoulder ball, clavicle area and shoulder blade. I am suffering from this problem by last 20 days. Not able to tolerate high piched sound.
