Burning sensation On my skin

I was wonderig did anyone  else have a burning sinsation on there arms. If my arms are covered they do not burn. If they are burning and I touch them it goes away but then comes back. I was diagonosed with anixiety and panic disorders. I also have had a sore shoulder for a few months now. Dr keeps telling me everthing is from anxiety. My vitaman d was low so now im taking vitman d pills once a week. any help would be great thanks and God bless

Check out brachioradial pruritis. I have done tons of research and I think this is what is going on with me and probably you too. I too suffer from anxiety. When you read up on this, you may relate to the symptoms and things that seem to calm the burn. Ice helps the most. Good luck!
