Burning sensation at extremities.

by Hema12330, Jan 23, 2008 03:33AM
Two week before my wife had doubt that she may have the breast lump and she keeps worrying about that and finally she went to hospital after a week and doctor said everything is normal, meanwhile she started feeling the brining sensation at chest, doctor said it is heartburn due to reflex because of the fear/depression and she has taken the medicine but still no result. Now she the burning sensation is spread into her extremities.
Please help me know , why this burning sensation is existing still?

hi,mainly burning sensations are result of neuropathy. But they are perceived even in cases of anxiety/depression.

Please consult Neuropsychiatrist for further evaluation.

Bye and take care!
