Burning sensation in back and hips

Hi,
I am 29 years old and about 2 and a half months ago I started having pain in my left shoulder blade and the muscle adjustent to it was a bit swollen. The pain then moved to the right shoulder blade after a couple of days and kept travelling between the shoulders for more than a month. I also have pain in my mid back (more on the left) when I try to turn sideways. About 2 weeks ago i started having burning sensation/pain in my uper back, sometimes radiating to chest. Couple of days ago it moved to my hips as well, although I had no pin in hips previously. I also started having pins and needles/tingling sensation in my arms, legs and sometimes even face.
I did blood test, abdominal ultrasound, back x-ray and they were all fine. Any idea as to what this might be? Thanks
