Burning sensation in body and feeling light headed and weak and chest pains

Hi there
I have been having the above symptoms for over 2 months now.

Had all blood tests done - All clear
Had Brain MRI done - All Clear
Had ECG - All clear
Had Cardio Echo - All Clear
Had Cardio Stress Test on ECG - All clear
Had Blood pressure tested - All clear
Had EEG - All clear
Had EMG - All Clear
Had NCV - All Clear
Had Temp tested - All normal

Saw, GP, Physician, neurologist and still experiencing the symptoms.

Then two days ago, had really severe burning in right leg and it was radiating to my thigh, along with a sore bone like pain on my left chest.

Went to ER, check for :
Clotting - All Clear
Enzymes - All Clear
Done Xray on Lumbar Spine - picked up multiple spasms on lower back, which doc informed me that it could be affecting my nerves.
I am now being referred to a Neuro Surgeon.

Will the above symptoms be caused just by a pinched nerves?

All you can do is wait then.  You may also want to try either ice or heat to the areas of spams.  One usually works better than the other.  Which ever works best for you...use for only 20 min. at a time 4 -6 x/day to see if this can add some extra relief.

I am taking a muscle relaxer tablet.

It does help to an extent.

I am impatiently waiting to know the outcome after seeing my Neuro Surgeon

Usually the EMG/Nerve Conduction will pick that up, however you did not have a Myelogram.  Muscle spams, depending on where they are can pinch nerves.  I would wait to see what the Neurosurgeon says and bring all you films and records with you to him/her.

Are you taking or doing anything to help stop the spams?  Has it helped?
