77 years old women is suffering form burning sensation in hands & legs, she is treating with methylcobalamin
and Vitamin b12 tables and injection from past 3 month, but she get relief for just for 8 hours their after the burning sensation starts again please suggest me what to do and what are the futher test should be conducted

Burning sensation indicates peripheral neuropathy. This can be due to vitamin B12 deficiency and also diabetes. Please get her blood sugar test done. Other causes can be guillian barre syndrome, Multiple sclerosis, occlusion or blockade of peripheral arteries and acute stress disorder.
Please get her complete neurological examination done by a neurologist. Take care!
