Hi,

How are you?
Burning sensation indicates peripheral neuropathy. This can be due to vitamin B12 deficiency and also diabetes. Please get her blood sugar test done. Other causes can be guillian barre syndrome, Multiple sclerosis, occlusion or blockade of peripheral arteries and acute stress disorder.
Please get her complete neurological examination done by a neurologist. Take care!
