Burnning

I get frequent yeast infections. Before my hysterectomy I got a yeast that turned into a uretha infection.After my surgery I was fine.Then the doctor puts me on estogen and I get a yeast infection and now Im back and forth yeast and burning in my uretha. I have been on atibiotics for 2 months and nothing is working. But without  them Im worse.Will this ever go away. I couldnt even start work back because im to messed up physically burnning and tired. What can this be and how do I get rid of it? And  I smoke to death cause Im loosing my mind. My uretha gets red and swollen and burns...One time I saw white stuff come out above my pee areaabove the skin.Now mind you im treating yeast and this infection so im on antibiotics and diflucan. Just dont know what to do????
