Buzz in my head

I have had  buzzing in my head a few times. It feels like my brain is a vibrator, I also feel like I can't move at all. They happen at night when I am about to go to sleep. I have had migranes (migraines) for 9 years. I want to know if this buzz is related to my migranes (migraines) at all. The only way to get rid of the buzz is by relaxing if I try to move It keeps on going but if I relax my body, then it stops. A few days ago I had the buzzing so strong that I could not relax and felt like I could not breathe. Any idea to what this might be?
