C5-C6 disc herniation & tear abuting spinal cord BALANCE GONE?

I have to ask others. I have a cervical disc central-posterior disc herniation with annular tear abuting spinal cord. My NECK is unstable in my opinion as I have to HOLD it UP at times because it buckles if that makes sense, however no instability has been noted . My symptoms are severe neck pain radiating to both shoulders and scapulas , it feels as though bees are stinging me in the top part of shoulders AT TIMES. Moving my arms away from body kills shoulders and scapulas, picking up a plate is painful , literally too much for my arms wrists , just a night mare.

I have a HUGE problem with balance , can not walk in the dark hardly , when just walking my legs give out at at times , turning my head sometimes will just make me fall i have nystagmus , standing still is harder then walking sometimes because of the balance thing i just sway and its so uncomfortable to feel this way. I have woken up at night un able to swallow, had to sit up and THINK HARD to swallow, i have massive premature ventricular contractions. So much , could a disc just abuting cord at this level cause so much trouble ? Or could it be like i FEEL my neck ligaments are very unstable and the buckling i feel create more pressure on the cord ,because the symptoms are not always constant, but go for days at a time !
