CIDP or MS ?

I am not getting any better and at times I am totally bed ridden. Most recent development is major loss of feeling in feet, legs and fingers. Medical testing and physical history show: peripheral neuropathy, radiculopathy, demyelination, loss of deep tendon reflexes, clonus, white matter lesions of unknown origin, polyclonal gammopathy, elevated, CRP, ESR, Scotoma, vertigo and dizziness, severe fatique and muscle weakness.

I am not diabetic and the nerve pain has responded to recent use of acetyl l-carnatine.

I responded to immunoglobulin in the 80's and prednisone in the 90's, but the only dx I received was Polymyalgia Rheumatica. I have been working with Rheumatology without success. Would a neurologist be appropriate at this point?

Thank You
