How do you diagnose Congenital Inensitivity to Pan with Anhidrosis?

Hello.

The condition has to be from birth (congenital), the person does not sweat, usually injures self due to a lack of hot/cold sensation and the person runs fever when the weather is hot.

Due to infection, there will be scars around the mouth. There are a few associated conditions like mental sub normality, bone infections and joint deformities.
