CIPROFLOXACIN SIDE EFFECTS

I took Megaflox 500 (Ciprofloxacin) for 10 days for a urinary track infection and have various side effects: headaches, dizziness,nausea, insomnia, blurred vision, hearing loss, weakness. Please let me know if these effects are reversible and where to seek help! I will be forever grateful!!

Ciprofloxacin can cause severe hearing loss therefore it is advised with caution.It is always better to let the doctor know that you are suffering from side effects like these even when the course of medication is not over.
I would suggest you to discuss this with your prescribing doctor in order to evaluate the extent of your symptoms and then decide the future course of action.
