CSF LEAK

I have had one blood patch for a serious CSF leak that was seen on the MRI. I had neurological changes. When they did the patch I was the mental level of a 3 year old child. Thank god after a few days I was semi ok. I am now having small head pain and neck pain and I am considering going for another blood patch.
any suggestions?
