CSF/Labor ( complicated )

Not everyone will be able to relate to this, I don't think. And excuse the length of the situation, there isn't much of a way I can make it short.

So....Last year, I had an onset of some type of sickness or problem as to where I had severe back pain, head pain and pelvic pain. ( a few episodes I had passed out and went to the er ) I have had every mri you could think of and mutiple procedures. Also, saw a lot of specialist. I had been to the ER over 20 times in one month. I still have severe pains in my head and lower back at times...my neurologist before I found out I was pregnant wanted me to get another mri to see if there was any CSF leak from the spinal tap I had prior ( which causes brain sag etc ) He is now suggesting that I wait till after April ( due date ) to have an mri as they don't know if mri's affect the fetus.

I am so so worried as to what to do during labor/delivery. This is my first ,so of course I don't know the pain of birth. But I've had issues - ( even worse ), since the spinal tap and I don't feel like I could afford any type of situation with spinal fluid leakage or even worst headaches after..I had talked to my dr about a c-section but they still do epi or spinal...and I'm not sure which is the best option. Ugh, I am starting to get really worried
