After having laminectomy surgery on L5-S1 I had a CSF leak that gushed like a water hose. I was sent to the ER the next day where they sewed it up and sent me home on complete bed rest. The spinal fluid pooled where I was sewn. It became the size of a grapefruit before it burst approx three weeks later. (both times to the ER I was saturated from head to toe in fluid). This time they finally did emergency surgery to fix the leak. I had two spinal drains coming out my back for seven days. Then sent home on bed rest for another week. Since the surgeries I have right side weekness, and more pain than before the surgery.
Can you help me or at least understand more than it was not the Dr. fault or anything I did.
