I cannot give you a definite clinical opinion as I do not know your case in detail

Your test results here though do not support any cause for your leg pain
The one abnd in teh CSF is probably not significant in the light of your history and other test results, but a second test in a few months might be indicated to follow through on this. The CSF white cell count is slightly high but is nonspecific and may be related to infection, viral meningitis, other inflammatory processes, again a repeat sample in a few weeks to follow through
If I was your doctor I would like to know what the CSF pressure was (measured from the spinal tap)

The MRI finding is again non-specific, and not suggestive by decription of MS.

What are you doing to treat the pain while waiting on a diagnosis? If your aren't already, I suggest you seek a Pain Management doctor. No sense in suffering endlessly while the puzzle is put together. Hopefully you will get a quick response but I've noticed that it sometimes takes a week for the question to be answered. Good Luck!

I am seeing a pain management doctor but all he will give me is neurontin. He will not take the time to learn about what is safe during bfing and refuses to give me pain med even though my son only nurses 2-3 times a day now and I would only need to take it in the evening after his final feeding. Very frustrating but that is what I get for moving to NM, healthcare here is like third world compared to what I am used to back east.
