CSF leak regarding nose injury

Does anyone know if a nose injury is a brain injury? My dog plowed into my nose on Wed of last week. I have been to
Urgent care and my doctor both stating that having a dog hit you from the side, is not enough to hurt your skull. I have had a clear drainage out my nose, along with congestion. Both doctors looked up my nose, and in my throat and stated there were no CSF leaks....I have been so nervous, and shaky about this situation that i am driving my family crazy. My sinuses hurt on the side that bled also. My nose looks normal, it doesnt look broken. I can breathe out of both nostrils also.After reading on the internet about the CSF leaks, i am scared!!! The running out my nose isnt really that bad, the congestion comes and goes. The dull pain in my sinus bones come and go. Does anyone have any ideas?
