CSF leaks, csf pressure etc without headaches?

Hello,

I have horrible ear ringing, electrical feeling through body, weird pressure in head.  I have been going through tons of testing for a long time and no was has been able to figure me out.  On Last Monday i had a spinal tap done and it caused me to have all sorts of weird symptoms.  Whats odd is it was the same group of symptoms i have had for the past year except worse.

I found out that this was caused by my lumbar puncture.  But whats weird (as stated above) is that these were the same things that i have been going through for the past year.   The ER said that i may have a problem with csf pressure or leakage.  But I never had the headache prior.  Only the electrical ringing, weird dizziness etc.

My question is - is it possible to have a CSF leak or pressure problem with no headache?  Please if you do not know the answer, do not post just to post.  I am seeking someone with solid advice on this.
