CT Results Interpreted

Can someone please interpret these results from a CT Scan:

Striated regions of decreased attenuation are seen within the cerebellar hemispheres bilaterally, which appear symmetric, and correspond to the previously described plate-like areas of increased T2 and FLAIR signal.  The possible cerebellar hemorrhage, as seen on the T2 weighted sequences on MR, roughly correspond to a 4-mm in lenght linear thin region of increased attenuation within the anterior / superolateral portion of the right cerebellum, which may represent focal calcification or trace hemorrhage.  The supratentorial brain appears unremarkable.  These findings are nonspecific and are not associated with mass effect.  Differential considerations would include sequelae from migraines or possible PRES syndrome.  The examination is, otherwise, unremarkable.
