Calcifications on both sides of the brain

Calcifications on both sides of the brain

I was diagnosed with calcifications on both sides of the brain 10 26-10 through a CT scan in the emergency  room  and I was  told to go see a nuerologist, which I have.  Neurologist MD seen me  and took a look at the CT scan and said it was nothing to worry about.  How is that so?  Also, I was seen in the hospital last year as well and the Neuro MD compared the CT scans  and he said nothing has changed it's still the same and that the calcification on both sides is very small.
But I wonder if thats why at times I feel sick and dizzy
