Thank you for responding so quickly!  Now I know why I couldn't find any
information / research concerning PD causing peripheral neuropathy.  Are
you aware of any pedal manifestations of Parkinson disease?  Thanks in
  advance!

Dear Kevin,
I am not sure if this is what you had in mind:
Pt with PD may present with gait difficulty, walking becomes reduced
to a shuffle, patients frequently lose their balance, and in walking
forward or backward, must chase the body's center of gravity in order
to avoid falling.  Persistent extension  or clawing of the toes and other
fragments of dystonia may enter the picture and are rarely
early findings.
I hope that helps, good luck.
