Can a syst in the sinus cause all of these symtpoms?

Im 20 years old , female, a full time college student, and have been having headaches for an entire month. My headaches get worse and are accompanied by lots of dizziness as im lying down, as if my head is swimming and im going to faint. My neck is sore and sometimes my lower back. Ive also noticed im much more tired than usual, experience alot more muscle twitching all over and joints cracking and hurting while im at work (im a CNA so i do alot oflifting and transfers). Ive been to the ER about 5 times in the past month because i have no primary doctor I can no longer use my parents insurance and have no medical coverage at the moment. Each time I have gone to the hospital they have done all the routine bloodwork and tests. they have done an  x ray of my neck and spine and a CT scan of my head and they said evrything came back completely normal. They said they found a cyst in the sinus but it was nothing they were concerned about. I am just wondering if these symptoms could be caused by the cyst? I have an appointment at a community clinic in 3 weeks but for someone who is uninsured and has very little income im afraid no one is willing to do certain tests for me becasue they know i cant pay.
