My sister has recently had a seizure, lasting about 4 minutes. She has also had numbnessNumbness and tingling in her entire legs, resulting in her not being able to walk for up to 15 minutes before the sensations returned. During her seizure she also urinated on herself and one of her eyes turned completely red, I presume from popped blood vessels. She of course has an appointment to get some tests done, but I am just curious to know if anybody has any suggestions on what could be happening? Any input would be greatly appriciated. Many thanks, Alyson.
Numbness, weakness, inability to walk, urinary incontinence are some of the symptoms and after effects of seizures. Redness of eye may be caused by rupture of tiny blood vessels in the eye due to trauma during seizure. Please go for EEG, MRI of the brain and consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
