Can change of working/living place aggravate RLS & vasidepressor Syncope

I am having dust-allergy based Asthma and take Sprays regularly for the last 2 decades. One year back, I have been diagnosed as having Vasodepressor Syncope [subsequent to few faintings] & Restless Leg Syndrome. Thereafter I am regularly taking 1.5 mg of Pramipraxole Dichloride tablets {Pramipex}. I have been facing side effects like insomnia, nausea, headache, dizziness & daytime sleepiness. On discussing with my doctors, I have been advised to take a clonazepam & accordingly I am also taking a 0.5mg Clonazepam {Zapiz} along with the Pramipraxole, which has lessened insomnia to some extent. Other side effects as mentioned above more or less continue. The PLMD of the leg, probably, has improved a bit though I still feel restless almost every night as noticed by my wife.

I have recently been advised by my employer to relocate from my present working/living place (somewhere near the Himalayan foothills in North Eastern Indian state of Assam) to a Coastal region in Orissa state of India with hot & humid climate. Considering the above ailments and the problems I am facing now, do you think that a change of working/living place either to Orissa or to any other place [I have been living at the present place in Assam for the last 27 years] is likely aggravate my problems as it will take few months to adjust myself to the new climate & conditions? Do you suggest that I continue in my existing working/living place till my problems subside?
