Can eye surgery cause migraines, vertigo, and anxiety

I've had retinal detachment surgery back in August 2010. Not the lazer but the invasive type. I have had serious complications that I believe that are related the surgery but no doctor wants to correlate it. I have been to the ER three times. Two weeks after the surgery, Head rushes followed as I changed certain bodily positions. The headrushes would cause panic attacks with heart palpitations and my blood pressures to shoot to very high levels. . I've had been taking losinpril for blood pressure before the surgery. I soon started to experience vertigo, migraines headaches that was cause anxiety attacks.I have numerous tests done such: blood and urine tests for diabetes and for low renal and potassium levels, two ekg's,cat scan,MRI, and a brain wave neurological test. All tests showed no nothing wrong. I have seen a neurologist, sleep study doctor, and ENT specialist.I still believe the eye is causing the complication. I even went to another retina doctor for a second opinion on the surgery and they way my eye is healing. He took the original doctor's side and said he did me a world of good and said that my complications are not related to the surgery. The only doctor that seems to have help is my EnT who diagnosed it as migraine headaches. He stated it could be caused by my change in vision and the eye not completely healed. The surgery caused to change the prescription of my glasses in my left eye. My ENT stated that the migraines can cause the weird indigestion feeling I have been experiencing and cause anxiety and motion sickness. The migraines have created a roaming pressure in my head. I get motion sickness when i drive. He has placed me on klonopin for anxiety and nitrotypline for migraines. I still get the occasional flash of light and blinking lights in my eye that I thought the surgery was supposed to cure.Im currently taking verampamil 240mg to relieve the migraines, control blood pressure, and slow heart rate. I need an assessment of what's going on.
