Can sinus problems cause pinched nerves?

by Julie1967, Jul 05, 2009 11:25AM
I have suffered from sinus problems, ear pain and migraines for the last 3 weeks. I was put on zithromax which helped for about a week. I still suffer from random ear pain and headaches. About a week ago, i felt a twitch in my left cheek. I didn't think much of it, but now I have a nerve problem in my lip. (I'm not sure if this has any correlation to my problem.) If I try to rub my lips together, my upper lip does not rub down on the center of the bottom lip but stretches over towards the right side.I don't have numbness or tingling. Can pressure in the sinuses cause pinched nerves? Have you heard anything similar to this? I am certainly hoping this is not permanent. Any input you have is much appreciated.
Thank you,
Julie
