Can someone explain MRI results

Can someone explain the results of my MRI that are shown below. I am a 44-year old female with almost constant pain radiating down left leg. I see the specialist in a week.

1. The lumbar vertebra are normal in height with uniform marrow signal intensity. Posterior alignment is preserved. There is minor spondylosis of the mid and lower lumbar spine. The T2-weighted sagittal sequence does demonstrate abnormally diminished signal involving the L3-4, L4-5, and L5-S1 discs representing some degree of desiccation. The conus medullaris terminates normally at the level of the upper endplate of L1.

2. Sagittal and axial sequences demonstrate minor circumferential bulging of the annulae at the L1-2 and L2-3 levels.

3. At the L3-4 level, there is left posterior paramedian disc herniation with compromise of the anterolateral thecal sac and left neural foramina. There is acquired AP spinal stenosis at this level, the canal being narrowed to 8-9 mm in diameter.

4. At the L-4-5 level, there is left paracentral disc herniation with compromise of the anterolateral thecal sac. The remainder of the disc demonstrates diffuse bulging. There is acquired AP spinal stenosis at this level, the canal being narrowed to 7-8 mm in diameter. There is bilateral facet joint arthropathy at this level.

5. At the L5-S1 level, there is posterocentral disc-osteophyte complex with compromise of the anterior thecal sac and neural foramina. There is circumferential bulging of the annulus. Acquired AP spinal stenosis is noted at his level, the canal being narrowed to 8-9 mm in diameter. There is bilateral facet joint arthropathy. Paravertebral soft tissues are unremarkable.
