Can someone help explain these MRI results?

Hello- I am looking for some possible answers to the MRI that I received yesterday. Unfortunately- the receptionist isn't very helpful or nice at my neurologist's office- so I am unable to speak with a doctor about this until my appointment in almost 3 weeks from now... so any info/advice or just help figuring out what these results mean would be so appreciated!
Here is some background:
I am a 32 year old mostly healthy woman. Mother of 2 young children. I get random episodes of migraines (episodes come on every couple of years and last for several weeks.)  I have suffered from Hypothyroidism for 12 years.  Also have issues with insulin resistance.  My wieght is normal (however, I am always trying to lose 10-15 pounds!

This past Febuary- I had an MRI whi showed an enlarged pituatary. I was told to return in 6 months for follow up
I am not sure if this is related or not... but since May I have had spotting before cycles, hot and cold spells, hair loss just general hormanal issues.  I am always fatigued etc.

I had the follow up MRI yesterday and here are the results:

FINDINGS: The pituitary gland is at the upper limits of normal in size measuring 8 mm in height.  There is a slight extension into the suprasellar cistern but no impingement upon the optic chiasm. A 2 mm rounded well defined focus of decreased T1 signal which does not enhance is noted within the posterior aspect of the pituitary gland. The Infundibulum is midline.

No abnormality of either cavernous sinus is identified.

IMPRESSION:
1. THE pituitary gland is at the upper limits of normal size.
2. There is a 2mm well defined nonenhancing focus in the posterior aspect of the pituitary gland.  This could represent a microadenoma or a rathke's cleft cyst. A follow up MRI should be obtained in 6 months to assess stability.
