Can someone please help and tell me whats wrong?

okay so I'm 16, I have anxiety, I wear glasses. my glasses are old I need a new perscrption, idk If their causeing my headaches or what.
but I've been getting headaches pretty much everyday for 3 weeks. It's not an ongoing headache and they don't make me throw up. it's mostly on the right side of my head and it goes to my ear to my temple to my forehead. sometimes it makes my neck weak, and my back neck muscles on the right side are swollen, but their getting better.
most of the pain is in the back of my head.
sometimes I get headaches that don't hurt. their more of a tingly feeling not on my scalp but my head. sometimes it feels like my eyes are tired.
sometimes my temples are sensative. My headaches are worse when they day goes on.
and sometimes I get dizzy, not super dizzy, but just a little bit.
I've gotten and mri in the summer because i had tingly headaches that made my fingers tingle, but everything came out fine. help? give me answers? I'm just sick of worrying everyday.

Nope no neck injusry well 3 months ago I got into a car crash and it whiped my neck pretty hard, could that be another reason? or is it too long ago for pain to just start?

Well, there goes one differential diagnosis, out of the window. Which means, no neck injury ?

Oh that's not a neck brace that's just my shirt :P

Hello.

I just noticed a neck brace / collar. Are you still wearing it? Why did you need that Was there a neck injury? Your headaches may just be related to the occipital nerve injury in the neck.

I take Exedrine extra strength and that helps but the headache comes back later

Hello.

Your headaches can be cluster headaches. As against migraine (which come and go over 2 to 3 days), cluster headaches can stay for a longer period. They are often associated with the additional symptoms that you are having.

Have you tried any medicine?
