Can someone please help me?

I am a 25 year old female mother to a 7 month old. I have had dizzy spells since middle school. I was told then that is was low blood sugar. I started having headaches my freshman year of high school and was told I had migraines. Never had and CT's or MRI's. When I was 22 I had a spell where I got really dizzy and passed out Kroger. I went by ambulance to the hospital where they checked my blood sugar and it was normal. They wrote it off as a syncopal episode and sent me home. When I was pregnant I started the dizzy spells and passing out again. I had an EKG that showed an inverted T-wave. They sent me home with this heart monitor where I had to push a button if I had attack. It was normal. I kept having the episodes so they did 2 echos witch they thought showed an abnormality on my aortic arch. I had to have an Endotrachial Echo witch was normal. About 4 months ago I was feeding my son when I noticed I couldnt see to the sides of me. I then lost my speech. I knew what I wanted to say but couldnt get the words to come out. After that came the most horrible headache I have ever had. I felt like my eyes were going to pop out of my head. I went to the ER they did a CT scan and told me it was normal I was having a migraine. About a 3 weeks ago I started having constant dizzy spells. Just sitting on the sofa feeling like I am going to faint. Sometimes when I stand and walk I have to sit in the middle of the floor because I loose vision. About 2 weeks ago I got a headache that lasted a week or more. I was nauseated everyday. I took Imitrex at 5 it subsided enough to be tolerated and then came back again at midnight so I took another Imitrex. I woke up the next morning with the same headache still. Feeling like my eyes are going to explode. I went into the doctor and they scheduled me for an MRI wich I will put the results of at the bottom. I failed to mention my loss of concentration, memory loss, and I cant seem to find words. I have had this for the past 5 months or so. I have this pressure that is constant but hurts more sometimes when I bend over or walk the first few steps after getting of the sofa.  Also about 4 years ago I developed this rash that would come and go for about a year. The rash was more like quarter that half dollar size raised welps. Went to the doctor numeros times for them and never figured out what it was. Also I have alot of joint pain in my fingers, elbows, knees and hips. 5 years ago I couldnt bare weight on my right leg because it hurt so bad in my hip. had xrays and such and never found anything. I can bare weight on it now but it has its spells where it just hurts pretty bad.
I have no clue if any of this is related or not - I am just throwing things out there maybe someone can think of something no one else has. My MRI was supposed to be with and without contrast but they couldnt get IV access so it was only without.

MRI Readings
Here is what the Radiologist report said about my MRI my impression is that it was normal if you suggest anything other please let me know......

Technique: Sagittal T1W, axial T2W, axial FLAIR, axial T1W, axial DWI, coronal T2W gradient echo sequences of the brain were obtained using 1.5 Tesla Magnet. High resolution thin slice coronal PD and coronal T1W sequences through the internal auditory canals and temporal lobes as well as axial thin slice sequence T2W sequence through the IACs were performed. No IV contrast.

Comparison: None.

Findings: There is a large amount of distortion on the DWI sequence. No definitive acute infarct is identified. The ventricles, cisterns and subarachnoid spaces are normal in size and configuration. No midline shift, mass effect or abnormal extraaxial fluid collection is apparent. No neoplasm or hemmorrhage is detected. No areas of gliosis are visible in the brain. The pituitart gland is normal in size and signal intensity. Flow voids are present in the major intracranial arteries and the dural venous sinuses. No aneurysm, AVM or dural venous sinus thrombosis is detected. Left vertebral artery is dominant. The visible paranasal sinuses, orbits, and calvarium are normal.
Images through the temporal lobes and IACs reveal no 7th/8th cranial nerve complex lesion. These nerves are normal in diameter. No cerebellopontine angle mass, brainstem abnormality or cervical cord lesion is seen. Cerebellar tonsils extend to the inferior margin of the foramen magnum, but not below. The cochlea, semicircular canals and vestibule appear symmetric and normal bilaterally. No mastoid air, cell tumor, inflammation or edema is seen. There is mild adenoid hypertrophy.

Impressions:
1. Normal unenhanced MRI of the IACs.
2. Normal unenhanced MRI brain.
Note: There are significant artifacts on the gradient echo and DWI sequences, limmiting the overall sensitivity of the examination.
