Can you have this in the neck?

by Linda__0__0, Jan 08, 1999 12:00AM

Is it possible to suffer from this condition in the neck and not in the low back due to permanent scarring and multiple cervical surgeries?  I have not read or heard of this condition in the neck much and was just wondering if this was possible or not?

Arachnoiditis is more commonly described in the lumbar spine but it can
occurr anywhere in the spine includiing in the cervical spine.
As with aracnoiditis lower in the spine it may be related to repeated
infection,surgery or trauma.
