Can't tell whats this strange health issue with me !?

I am a male of around 23 and have been having these symptoms since I was 14, because these symptoms have been variable I couldn't pay much attention to them. But now they are getting serious. The main symptom is extreme trouble in breathing and feeling of choking on food while swallowing food during meals, Other symptoms that come very frequently along these are:

1. Heaviness all over my body.
2. Feeling of numbness on surface of my body.
3. Fear of fainting.
4. Fear of brain haemorrhage.
5. Blurry vision.
6. Heart pain.
7. Aggression.
8. Belching and passing of a lot of gas with hyperacidity.
9. Frequent High/low blood pressure.
10. Can't stand or walk properly.
11. Always shaking and moving due to restlessness and nervousness.
12. Getting irritated easily if criticized or joked at also my family says that I easily get angry on even very small issues.

I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. Choking on food while swallowing can be due to post nasal drip, if you have recurrent cold and sinusitis. It can also be gastric reflux due to weak esophageal sphincter or due to hiatal hernia. It can also be an allergic reaction to something you eat.
