STARTED DEC. 20TH,2007 I DIDN'T HAVE A MRA DONE. JUST MRI BRAIN WITH AND WITHOUT. BLOOD SHOW ON UNENHANCED, WHICH WAS NORMAL 14 YRS AGO. JUST SHOWED UP ON GRADIENT ECHO WHEN FOUND I BELIEVE

If I recall correctly, your capillary telangiectasia is on the left side of the pons. Do you still have the 6th nerve paralyzed ?
There are not many clear references. But a few studies, and our clinical experience suggest about 5% chances of a rebleed.
The 6th nerve nucleus lies in proximity to the area of the malformation. There are chances that the bleeding has affected it.
Please get a repeat MRA (angiogram) and also have an ophthalmologist check your optic disc, for any signs of a raised intracranial pressure.
