Cavernous Malformations and Capillary Telangiectasias

Over a year ago I was diagnosed with having 2 CCM's in my left frontal lobe(both have bled) a venous angioma which connects the two and most recently the Caplets in the Pons.  I have been experiencing dizziness, veritigo, almost like I have been drinking!  A catscan was done and an Mri because It was suspected I had another bleed which was later ruled out.  My question is this....the capillary T's never showed up on past films before the latest one done this month.  Given my symptoms and some research I have done, it seems the two kind of fit???  Yet, the neurosurgeon never mentioned this find to me and said I may have had a focal seizure(also had a numbness down right arm with involuntary movement or three fingers on right hand).  But the  dizzy feeling, vertigo did not subside for 3 months, and I still am not right.  Could these caplets be precursors to Cm's and are they in the same family?  Any information you could provide would be extremely helpful.  THank you very much!
