Central Thoracic Spinal Stenosis

I am a 70 year old woman in good health - I have developed spinal stenosis on my right side. The nerve pinch causes a muscle to spasm so I am in terrible pain - so far I have not found any relief - I have tried exercise, chiropractic treatment, massage, acupuncture, T-3's, gabapentin - 1200 mg a day - nothing so far helps.  Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do next - I have had a back xray and a CT scan - the CT scan showed the spinal stenosis.
